Arunachal Pradesh means “The land of the rising Sun” also known as “The Land of the Dawn lit Mountains’’ is one of the most beautiful places on this earth. It is a bit of paradise that nestles in the north – eastern corner of India. Itanagar is a capital of Arunachal Pradesh.

Arunachal Pradesh , situated in the north eastern part of India is 83,743 sq. km in area is the Easternmost State of India and has a long international border with the Royal Kingdom of Bhutan on the west , the Republic of China on its North and northeast and Myanmar on the east. It stretches from snow- capped mountains in the north to the plains of Brahmaputra valley in the south. Arunachal Pradesh is the largest state area wise in the northeastern region.

It is a land of lush green forest deep river valleys and beautiful plateaus. The land is mostly mountainous with Himalayan ranges along the northern borders cress-crossed with mountain ranges running north south.
