Day 01: Arrival at Dibrugarh Airport – Dibrugarh City
Meeting and assistance on arrival at Dibrugarh Airport. Dibrugarh is known as the tea capital of Assam because of the numerous tea estates that surrounds this town. Drive to Dibrugarh city (20km/½hrs) by a private car and transfer to the hotel, whilst the room keys and check-in is organized. If time permits visit Assam Tea Garden. Overnight in Dibrugarh.

Day 02: Dibrugarh - Mon
After Morning breakfast, drive to Mon (160km/5hrs) in Nagaland. Mon is located at an altitude of 897.64 meters above sea level is the land of Konyak Naga tribe, they were one of the great warriors among Nagas. They wear traditional dresses with feathered headgear and have tattooed faces. Enroute visit Wakching, a typical Konyak tribal village. Overnight in Mon.

Day 03: Mon – Shangnyu – Mon
After breakfast take a sightseeing tour of typical Konyak tribal villages, Shangnyu. Shangyu was ruled by the chief Angh (Angh means Village King), and one of the prominent villages of the Mon District. There is a wonderful wooden monument measuring 8 feet in height and 12 feet breadth which is believed to be constructed by heavenly angels. The carvings of human beings and other creatures are engraved on this monument. Today, you can also visit the Konyak Murungs, where one can still see the collection of human skulls. Konyaks were head hunters in the olden days and used to keep the enemies head as a trophy. After returning from Shangnyu village visit Mon Village, here also you will find tattooed Konyaks.

Day 04: Mon – Longwa – Chui - Mon
Breakfast in hotel today again visit of Konyak tribal villages of Longwa. Drive to Longwa village, the largest village among the Konyak tribal villages, Konyaks are still ruled by hereditary chiefs known as Angh. The house of the chief is situated half in Myanmar and half in India on International boundary. After returning from Longwa village, we visit Chui village situated about 8kms from the district headquarters of Mon. Chui village still retains its old world charm. One can see the Angh’s mansion and other houses constructed in the true Konyak tradition with palm leaves roofing and the main pillars jutting out. Overnight at Mon.

Day 05: Mon – Sibsagar
After breakfast, drive to Sibsagar (120km/4hrs). Enroute visit Sibsagar, which is one of the oldest capital of Ahom Kingdom. Ahoms who ruled Assam for 600 years before the arrival of the British into these parts. There are a number of old monuments built by them, the most significant being the huge man made tank “Sibsagar”from which the town has got its name. There is “Rang Ghar” the two storied amphitheatre built to enjoy games, sports, dance and music. The other interesting places are “Kareng Ghar”, “Talatal Ghar”, and “Shiva Dol”. Overnight in Sibsagar.

Day 06: Jorhat – Mokokchung
After breakfast, drive to Mokokchung (150km/5hrs), Mokokchung is a District headquarter and located at an altitude of 1325 meters above sea level; this picturesque town is the cultural center of the Ao Naga tribe. The Ao Nagas is famous for their colourful dances. According to legend, the early Aos settled here first after coming from Chungliyimti. Afternoon visit Longkhum village - a vanguard village of the days of head hunting is situated at an altitude of 1846metres and is 17km from the Mokokchung town. The Aos have a belief that Longkhum is the resting place for the dead on their onward journey to paradise and also visit Ungma village – which is one of the biggest Ao village. Overnight in Mokokchung.

Day 07: Mokokchung - Kohima
After breakfast drive to Kohima (160km/5hrs). Kohima is the capital of Nagaland and also the hill station which is situated at an altitude of 1444 meters above sea level. Wokha is the land of Lotha Naga tribe; visit Longsa Village, which is inhabited by the Lotha tribe. Here Longzu (monoliths) are erected that remind of the merits of their ancestors, continue drive to Kohima. Overnight in Kohima.

Day 08, 09 & 10: Kohima “Horn Bill Festival” from 1st - 7th December of every year)
Full two days attain HORN BILL Festival at Kisama festival ground. We will see the all the sixteen major tribes and sub-tribes of Nagaland and their custom and tradition, traditional folk song and dance, dress ornament, handicraft and handlooms etc. We will enjoy traditional foods, traditional sports and infra structure and traditional design of tribal houses. Overnight in Kohima.

Day 11: Kohima – Khonoma - Kohima
After morning breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Khonoma village, an Angami tribal village, about 20 kms. Towards the west of Kohima. The Khonoma village has its own traditions of valor and courage. The history reveals that Khonoma provided protection to several villages in good old days. The village gate tells the story of the British infiltration into Naga Hills. Afternoon visit state Museum treasures rare collection of articles of different tribes which speak about the history and tradition of the Nagas. The war cemetery contains graves of the 1200 British and Indian Soldiers who died in 1944 in the Battle of Kohima in World War Two. This was the beginning of what the Japanese thought would be their defeat of India. However, this 64-day battle proved to be a turning point as it was the first defeat of the Japanese by the British. The Naga people aided the British and Indian soldiers in any way they could to ensure defeat, such as acting as guides to the land, porters and combatants. Evening visit local market where Naga women selling different types of local vegetables, fruits, eatable reptiles etc. Overnight in Kohima.

Day 12: Kohima – Dimapur Airport – Delhi/Major Cities of India
After breakfast, drive to Dimapur Airport (70km/2hrs) towards Delhi/major cities of India, tour end.

Entry Formalities to North East India:

-Foreign tourists are no needing any Protected Area Permit in Assam, Meghalaya and Tripura
-Foreign tourists are exempted from Protected Area Permit in Manipur, Mizoram and Nagaland.
-For Arunachal Pradesh - Foreign Tourists required a Protected Area Permit (PAP) in a group of two or more persons can obtain PAP for a period of thirty days.
Foreign Tourist visiting Arunachal Pradesh shall have to Pay Indian Rupee 1800/- per person as Royalty to the Government of Arunachal Pradesh and application for PAP are to be applied through Local Tour Operators only.
-For Sikkim - Foreign Nationals must obtain Inner Line Permit (ILP) to visit Sikkim in some places.
-For Indian Tourist - In Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram & Nagaland required Inner Line Permit to entry respective states.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. If a tour participant cancels his / her reservation the following fees will be applies:
-20 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.
-15 - 20 days before arrival date 25% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
-10 - 15 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
-05 - 10 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
-01 - 05 days before arrival date 100% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.

-Up to 5 years all are totally free of Charges, sharing Parent’s room same basis,
